Shipping and Returns Policy
Most items are shipped from our store located in Nashville, Indiana. Our normal business hours are Monday thru Sunday from 10am-5pm EST. Hours vary during the months of December thru March. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed in a timely manner, excluding legal holidays. Payments made by check will be sent out when your check clears. Payments made with a money order will be sent out when we recieve the money order. We ship orders via USPS priority mail. If you order an item that is not in stock we will contact you. Being a satisfied customer of Brown County Sports, is our ultimate goal. If you are returning an item that was defective, damaged or there was a shipping error, one or our associates will assist in a no hassle exchange. A new item will be sent with no further hassle. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, our associates will be glad to do a no hassle exchange or credit. New shipping charges will apply. All exchanges must have a copy of the original invoice sent with the merchandise returned. We do not do cash refunds on purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are exchanging an item, indicate the item you are returning and the new item you want sent. Be as specific as possible when describing the new item. The item returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new item(s). A gift you received is not exchangeable by mail. We’ll process your refund right away-within 30 days at the absolute most. It will be the same form of payment, equal the “total unit price” of the items printed on your packing slip, excluding the shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping error), gift wrap and other service charges.
